Hillary Clinton and Cuban Idealogy

I sure hope if Hillary Clinton gets elected she doesn't share the same type of Cuban ideology her husband had when he enacted the Officer Next Door Program. Moving police officers into HUD housing and apartments in a effort to build a political infrastructure where they have government agents and informants on every block is communist in nature and a political process to divert a program of welfare into a network of intelligence , government and police intrusion.

The idea of building better relations between police officers and the community through political infiltration is absurd and only acts to offend the public. Trying to stabilize HUD areas that are virtually crime free is fraud. Reducing crime must be done through police patrol and investigation and cannot be done inside a house or an apartment watching TV.

The misappropriation of programs like these severely reduces the funding and availability of housing for low income families and only goes to validate that America is moving toward creating a police state.

This is a good overview of how the program got started and turned to fraud.
