Ruby James Update August 2008

Ruby appeared last week at the Triple "A" Radio Summit in Boulder, Colorado where she performed several songs, including the single from "Desert Rose," "Everything Good Goes Away." Ruby was introduced by Charleston, SC's 105.5 FM "The Bridge." We would like to thank Mike and Joel of "The Bridge" for their continued support of Ruby over the last two years.  The "Bridge" has been playing her music frequently and we hope that you tune into the station if you are in the area.  The response at the Summit was remarkable.  We expect to have the single drop to Triple "A" radio this month and are very excited about the interest and positive comments that we have received from those at the Summit.

There are new tour dates being added to the calendar every day and we hope to reach each of you soon as the radio campaign takes shape and stations across the country pick up the song for rotation.  If you are in New York check Ruby out at one of the shows surrounding the Utica Music Fest  September 18-20, 2008.  You can find more detailed information on these shows by visiting www.myspace.com/rubyjames  or at www.rubyjames.com

The appearance at Utica Music Festival will come right on the heels of September 12, 2008, which is the domestic release of  "The Women." starring Meg Ryan and others.  The movie has promised to be remarkable and we hope that everyone will go out and see it.

We would also like to ask that each of you take a moment of your time and visit www.battletothebeach.com and cast a vote for Ruby James to appear alongside of Willie Nelson.   The contest runs until August 15, 2008.  You do not need to live in Texas to vote, and you can vote every day.  We would ask that you take a moment of your time and vote for Ruby in this contest, she is currently ranked number 6 and we would like to move her up in the competition.
